Preference Property Solutions was the result of thinking of a solution to a difficult experience in one of our co funders life.
When a Homeowner tries to sell a property quickly for any specific situation and a dishonest person takes advantage of that – without really caring about trying to help the seller – that is a problem. When you paid the double a mortgage all your life and the Bank just takes it from you, that is a problem.
Unfortunately, that is still happening today to a lot of Homeowners. We totally disagree with that practice and wanted a solution, and then thanks to God, Preference Property Solutions was born. Preference Property Solutions was created with Homeowners in mind.
For us the Homeowner has the Preference and our goal is to help them the best we can.
